d&rsquo;exploitation et de l&rsquo;enveloppe du b\u00e2timent doit \u00eatre discut\u00e9 pendant la phase de conception afin de garantir une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et des performances optimales. Chaque livre d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 \u00e9vapor\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;espace est une charge \u00e0 d\u00e9shumidifier et repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une perte de chaleur pour l&rsquo;eau de la piscine. Environ 90 % des co\u00fbts annuels de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau d&rsquo;une piscine int\u00e9rieure sont dus aux pertes par \u00e9vaporation. Chaque livre d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 \u00e9vapor\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente ~1000 Btu de chaleur perdue par l&rsquo;eau de la piscine, et \u00e0 moins que la piscine ne soit couverte, cette chaleur est perdue 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.<\/p><ul><li>Plus l&rsquo;eau de la piscine est chaude, plus le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><li>Plus le taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative de l&rsquo;espace est faible, plus le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><li>Plus la temp\u00e9rature ambiante (point de ros\u00e9e) est basse, plus le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00c0 temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;eau \u00e9gale, une piscine dans une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 78\u00b0F 50 % HR s&rsquo;\u00e9vaporera presque 35 % de plus que la m\u00eame piscine dans une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 85\u00b0F 50 % HR.<\/p><p>Bien que la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;espace doive \u00eatre dict\u00e9e par le propri\u00e9taire en fonction de la satisfaction de ses clients, il est utile de conna\u00eetre quelques lignes directrices qui peuvent aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie :<\/p><ul><li>Maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air ambiant aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que possible (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2-4\u00b0F au-dessus de la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine) permet de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation. La plupart des applications ne souhaitent pas que la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air d\u00e9passe 86\u00b0F, conform\u00e9ment aux directives de l&rsquo;ASHRAE ; cependant, les piscines int\u00e9rieures vont parfois au-del\u00e0 de cette recommandation, les \u00e9coles de natation pour enfants ayant une temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 92\u00b0F et certains programmes de natation pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es d\u00e9passant \u00e9galement cette recommandation. La r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation permet de r\u00e9duire les besoins en chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine ainsi que la taille du d\u00e9shumidificateur.<\/li><li>L&rsquo;introduction d&rsquo;une quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;air de ventilation ext\u00e9rieure sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle requise par le code aura un impact sur les niveaux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative de l&rsquo;espace en \u00e9t\u00e9 et en hiver. En hiver, les niveaux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative de l&rsquo;espace tomberont en dessous de 50 %, ce qui augmentera le taux d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation et les besoins en chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23c6d39a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"23c6d39a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"4-2\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">NIVEAUX DE RH SAISONNIERS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b93c7a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b93c7a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En \u00e9t\u00e9, l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre une charge, mais comme il fait chaud dehors, la condensation n&rsquo;est pas un probl\u00e8me. Dans ce cas, il est recommand\u00e9 de mod\u00e9liser l&rsquo;espace \u00e0 60 % d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative.<\/p><p>En hiver, le risque de condensation est important, il est donc recommand\u00e9 de mod\u00e9liser l&rsquo;espace \u00e0 50 % d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative. L&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur en hiver est presque toujours un cr\u00e9dit de d\u00e9shumidification, ce qui rend ce r\u00e9sultat facilement r\u00e9alisable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-682db543 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"682db543\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"4-3\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">POOL WATER HEATING ENERGY RECOVERY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e6e5a95 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e6e5a95\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on utilise une approche bas\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration pour contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, le processus de d\u00e9shumidification capture l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant au niveau du serpentin d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation. La composante de chaleur latente correspond essentiellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation de la piscine. L&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation repr\u00e9sente une part importante des besoins annuels de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine. Cette \u00e9nergie captur\u00e9e peut \u00eatre restitu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de la piscine pour fournir un chauffage gratuit (<b>figure 9<\/b>).<\/p><p>Un d\u00e9shumidificateur dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une option de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine pr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme potentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 a un coefficient de performance impressionnant de 8.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;option de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la norme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 90.1 de l&rsquo;ASHRAE ; dans le cas contraire, une couverture de piscine est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la norme.<\/p><p>Un d\u00e9shumidificateur \u00e0 base de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration peut utiliser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 100 % de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle des gaz chauds du compresseur pour chauffer l&rsquo;eau de la piscine et\/ou r\u00e9chauffer l&rsquo;air. La restitution de cette \u00e9nergie gratuite \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de la piscine ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;air ambiant r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de chauffage annuels. En hiver, le d\u00e9shumidificateur est capable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 100 % des besoins de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;approche du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration m\u00e9canique pour contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;environnement d&rsquo;une piscine est une utilisation unique du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;\u00e9vaporateur contr\u00f4le l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, tandis que le gaz chaud du compresseur peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour chauffer simultan\u00e9ment l&rsquo;eau de la piscine et\/ou l&rsquo;air ambiant. Les syst\u00e8mes de climatisation traditionnels se contentent d&rsquo;envoyer le gaz chaud du compresseur \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur vers un condenseur ou une tour de refroidissement et n&rsquo;exploitent pas cette source de chaleur.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, l&rsquo;option de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement amortie en moins d&rsquo;un an.<\/p><p><strong>Le tableau 4<\/strong> montre la contribution annuelle du d\u00e9shumidificateur au chauffage de l&rsquo;eau lorsqu&rsquo;il fonctionne en mode refroidissement. Une piscine avec un taux d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation de 50 lb\/h et une saison de refroidissement de 2 000 heures permettrait de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies annuelles de 2 350 $ si la principale source de chauffage de l&rsquo;eau de la piscine \u00e9tait un chauffe-eau \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><p>Les calculs sont bas\u00e9s sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants 1000 Btu\/lb de chaleur latente de vaporisation. Gaz : 0,60 $ par 100 000 Btu, rendement = 75 %. \u00c9lectricit\u00e9 : 8 \u00a2 par kWh.<\/p><p>La plupart des piscines n\u00e9cessitent un chauffe-eau auxiliaire. Lorsque le d\u00e9shumidificateur n&rsquo;est pas en mesure d&rsquo;assurer le chauffage complet de l&rsquo;eau, il peut contr\u00f4ler le chauffage La temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air ambiant d&rsquo;une piscine int\u00e9rieure est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sup\u00e9rieure de 10 \u00e0 15\u00b0F \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;un espace occup\u00e9 typique, de sorte que les besoins en chauffage par pied carr\u00e9 d&rsquo;un natatorium seront consid\u00e9rablement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce traditionnelle. M\u00eame si l&rsquo;espace est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus chaud de 10 \u00e0 15\u00b0F qu&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce typique, la plupart des clients trouveraient d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able de se trouver dans un espace qui n&rsquo;est pas du tout refroidi.<\/p><p>Le refroidissement des locaux est un sous-produit gratuit des d\u00e9shumidificateurs et des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;eau r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e. Ces syst\u00e8mes permettent de contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Ils d\u00e9shumidifient en refroidissant l&rsquo;air en dessous de son point de ros\u00e9e et en condensant l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 dans le serpentin de refroidissement. Le natatorium doit \u00eatre maintenu \u00e0 une pression d&rsquo;air l\u00e9g\u00e8rement n\u00e9gative, de sorte que l&rsquo;air chaud \u00ab riche en \u00e9nergie \u00bb doit \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur doit \u00eatre refroidi et d\u00e9shumidifi\u00e9 en \u00e9t\u00e9 et chauff\u00e9 en hiver. Dans les climats froids, c&rsquo;est en hiver que l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur a le plus d&rsquo;impact, car il r\u00e9duit le taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 relative de l&rsquo;espace et repr\u00e9sente une part importante des besoins en chauffage du natatorium. En hiver, l&rsquo;air ext\u00e9rieur peut avoir besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 100\u00b0F pour devenir neutre par rapport \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;espace. Les dispositifs sensibles uniquement sont utilis\u00e9s dans les natatoriums. Tous les dispositifs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la chaleur sensible sont efficaces, mais certains sont mieux adapt\u00e9s pour fournir une solution rentable. <strong>La figure 10<\/strong> en pr\u00e9sente deux exemples. Cette option de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re transparente dans le d\u00e9shumidificateur ou install\u00e9e \u00e0 distance dans le r\u00e9seau de gaines. Les dispositifs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e0 plaques de la <strong>figure 10<\/strong> n\u00e9cessitent des parcours d&rsquo;air sp\u00e9ciaux et compliqu\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9. Ils sont \u00e9galement faciles \u00e0 dimensionner pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;installation. Il en r\u00e9sulte une option de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur compacte et rentable qui surpasse les autres technologies. La nature compacte de cette conception se traduit par des armoires plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res que les unit\u00e9s int\u00e9grant la technologie de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e0 plaques. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une consid\u00e9ration importante pour les applications o\u00f9 les charges de toit sont un probl\u00e8me.<\/p><p>La boucle de circulation de glycol est bien adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;environnement corrosif des piscines int\u00e9rieures, car elle offre une protection sup\u00e9rieure contre la corrosion par rapport aux dispositifs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur \u00e0 plaques.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;approche de la boucle de retour au glycol est \u00e9galement bien adapt\u00e9e aux applications en climat froid. Les jours d&rsquo;hiver les plus froids, lorsque la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur est la plus n\u00e9cessaire, les autres dispositifs de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur doivent contourner l&rsquo;air pour \u00e9viter que le dispositif ne g\u00e8le. r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur.<\/p><p>Une option de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur dans une application en climat froid est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement amortie au bout d&rsquo;un an gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p><p>Les \u00e9conomies sont notables m\u00eame dans un climat doux, o\u00f9 ces dispositifs sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement amortis
